Define hydraulic cylinder O-rings, pneumatic cylinder O-rings and air compressor seals by fluid, pressure, movement and gland design.
Hydraulic O-rings
Begin with the exact hydraulic fluid, working and peak pressure, temperature and motion. Include the gland dimensions, clearance and any supporting backup rings.
Hydraulic cylinder O-rings
Identify the position on the cylinder assembly: a static joint, moving piston or energising element can need a different seal arrangement.
Pneumatic O-rings
Specify the gas, lubrication conditions, pressure, speed and temperature. A suitable fluid seal is not automatically suitable for a dry-running air circuit.
Pneumatic cylinder O-rings
Record the stroke, cycle rate, friction requirements and gland design. Include the equipment or drawing reference.
Air compressor O-rings
Describe the seal location and whether it encounters intake air, lubricating oil, condensate or discharge conditions. Use the original part specification alongside measured dimensions.
Hydraulic seals and pneumatic seals
These broader categories include profiles beyond O-rings. Rod seals, piston seals, wipers and other dedicated parts should be identified from the assembly drawing. Do not replace a specialised profile with a round-section O-ring solely because the diameters match.
Range status
The dedicated hydraulic seal range remains coming soon. Pneumatic seal profiles beyond O-rings require a separate availability review. This page provides application guidance.
