Information you choose to share

When you submit an enquiry, Rubrings receives your name, company if provided, email or phone number, product specifications and message. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other information unrelated to your requirement.

How enquiries are used

Your details are stored in a private database on our Hostinger-hosted website and are accessible through the password-protected admin panel. Rubrings uses them to review your requirement, respond to you and keep a record of follow-up. The form confirms successful receipt with an enquiry reference.

Your choices

Contact details are used to respond to your request. To ask about a previous enquiry, correct information or request deletion, submit a general question quoting your enquiry reference. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Hosting, cookies and protection

The hosting service processes ordinary connection information to deliver and protect the website. Short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit records help prevent repeated spam. Admin access uses an essential session cookie; public visitors do not need an account. Restricted database backups are kept for recovery.

Other website services

No advertising or analytics trackers are added. Google Fonts receives connection information when font files are requested. Website material guidance remains general and does not establish a verified product rating.
